Who we are

Gradiqa is pre-tech-edit QA software for independent knitwear designers. This website and the early tester list are operated by Gradiqa.

Data we collect

We only collect what we need to run the early tester list and understand how people find Gradiqa.

• Email address, when you join the list
• Consent that you want early tester updates
• Campaign or traffic source, such as UTM values in the link you used or the referring site
• A short attribution record in your browser session so a later signup can keep the same source
• Standard hosting logs from Cloudflare, which can include IP address, browser type, and the page requested

Why we use it

We use this data to send early tester updates, confirm your signup, and see which channels bring designers to the list.

We do not sell your email. We do not use the waitlist to run unrelated advertising.

Pattern drafts and AI

The waitlist form does not request pattern drafts. If you volunteer a draft for an assisted test, we will explain the processing, storage, access, and deletion terms before you upload anything.

Pattern drafts will not be used to train AI models. The current assisted testing plan uses deterministic checks. Any future external AI processing would require clear notice and your separate consent before use.

Who we share it with

We share data only with services that help us run the site and send email.

• Loops, which stores waitlist emails and sends confirmation and update messages
• Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers the website
• Google Fonts, which may receive a request from your browser when the site loads typefaces

How long we keep it

We keep your email on the early tester list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Session attribution is stored in your browser only for that visit. Cloudflare logs are retained according to Cloudflare’s standard hosting practice.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from early tester emails at any time using the link in those messages.

You can also email us to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your email from the list.

If you are in the EU or UK, those requests include your GDPR rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection to marketing.

Cookies

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies today.

Your browser may keep a short session record so waitlist attribution still works if you move between pages before you submit the form. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the product grows. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

If a change is material, we will note it here and, where it affects people already on the list, we will say so in an update email.
